Before Raleigh Laser & Aesthetics, our practice (FoundationMED, PLLC) was strictly a functional medicine practice.  At FoundationMED patients often asked us about skin care products, sun screen etc. We identified a need for a med-spa that focuses on clean skin care and non-toxic, safe skin treatments that are highly effective.
